Jeffrey C. Weber
Jeffrey C. Weber, Partner
Mr. Weber is a Partner at DC Capital Partners. He has extensive experience in sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, structuring, financing, building and exiting private equity investments in the Government Services, defense and aerospace industries. In addition, Mr. Weber has developed experience evaluating investments in related, highly regulated industries. Throughout his career Mr. Weber has worked closely with management teams after the closing of an investment to develop and execute a strategic plan designed to grow the business and enhance the value of the company.
Prior to joining DC Capital Partners Mr. Weber was a Principal at Veritas Capital where he was directly involved in evaluating, executing and exiting investments for Veritas Capital Fund II and Veritas Capital Fund III. While at Veritas, Mr. Weber worked with the Founders of DC Capital Partners on the successful investment in Athena Innovative Solutions and was responsible for the sale of that business after the departure of the Founders of DC Capital Partners from Veritas. In addition, Mr. Weber was involved in several Veritas investments including Trawick & Associates and Global Tel Link. While at Veritas Mr. Weber served on the Board of Global Tel Link and was responsible for recruiting and hiring Associates and Senior Associates at Veritas. Previous to Veritas Capital, Mr. Weber was a Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group of Lehman Brothers. In that capacity Mr. Weber was responsible for executing investments on behalf of Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Funds II and III. While at Lehman Brothers Mr. Weber evaluated investment opportunities in a wide range of industries and was involved in the Merchant Banking Groups investments in RSI Holding, Inc., Hunter Fan Company and Pacific Energy Partners, where he served as a member of the Board of Directors.
Prior to his career in finance Mr. Weber served as an officer in the United States Army where he was an aviation officer serving in numerous assignments both domestically and abroad.
Mr. Weber holds a B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
