Catherine S. Berta, CPA, Chief Financial Officer and
Chief Compliance Officer
Mrs. Berta is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at DC Capital Partners. Mrs. Berta brings 12 years of industry experience to DC Capital and leads DC Capital’s financial reporting and compliance functions.
Prior to joining DC Capital Partners, Mrs. Berta was an auditor for public accounting firm, RSM US, LLP (“RSM”). At RSM, Mrs. Berta led audits of financial services firms in her capacity as an Audit Manager. Mrs. Berta began her career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
Mrs. Berta holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from University of Central Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”).
